Please note – all COD invoices to be paid in full, and payment in bank account of Lining & Textile Distributors verified as irrevocable, before goods will be released/dispatched.

I/We agree that:

  1. by my/our signature hereto, we agree and undertake to be bound by the terms and conditions and headed "Terms and Conditions"; and
  2. all goods are supplied subject to the Terms and Conditions; and
  3. I/We, the undersigned, am/are duly authorised to represent the Applicant and to bind the customer to this Agreement.
